Lisa Welch Designs is the leading provider of fine
jewelry for owners and their pets. It's important that our customers
stay connected to us. To further assist you, we've provided answers
to any inquiries you may have about our products or services.
Any purchase must be paid in full prior to its
order. The following payment options may be used when purchasing
a Lisa Welch Design piece: Visa/MasterCard, Discover Card, American
Express, Money Order or Cashiers Check, Personal Check. Payment
must clear prior to processing an order. When ordering by check
or money order, please make checks payable to Lisa Welch for Canine
Couture, LLC. A sales tax of 7.5% will be added for all Ohio residents.
We add shipping charges to all orders. Depending on the size and
weight of the package, our shipping, handling and insurance fees
start at $8.00 per package.
Lisa Welch Designs guarantees all of its pieces
to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials upon delivery.
It is important to us that you are satisfied with
your Lisa Welch Design purchase. If for some reason you are not
satisfied with our product, please contact our staff to state your
concern within three days after the product is received. We will
work diligently at resolving any issues that may occur after purchasing
a piece of our fine jewelry.
If you decide to return the item, please follow
the steps listed below to help make the return and/or exchange process
easy and convenient. Returned items, unless found to be flawed or
damaged upon receipt, must be returned in new, original condition.
Custom design pieces, and
special orders are not returnable unless otherwise specified by
Lisa Welch Designs.
Each piece of the Lisa Welch Designs collections
is inspected for quality control and craftsmanship. In the event
that a piece of our jewelry is determined to have a manufacturing
or workmanship flaw, it will be at the sole discretion of Lisa Welch
Designs, L.L.C. to credit the purchaser’s account or to exchange
the piece of jewelry with a similar design unless otherwise specified
by the buyer and the company.
The warranty is invalid when Lisa Welch Designs,
in its sole discretion, determines that the piece has, for any reason,
been damaged, mishandled, alternated or worked on by any jeweler
without company authorization. It is important to note that all
of our jewelry designs have been engineered and tested for durability.
Pet jewelry is more susceptible to wear and tear depending on the
activity level and size of your pet. Scratching and soiling of the
piece is not uncommon among playful pets.
Lisa Welch Designs allows returns and exchanges
within 15 days of the shipment date. Identify the item and state
the date of purchase. Call 937-253-5967 and leave a message briefly
describing the concern that you have with the item. Please give
us a telephone number or an email address so that we can return
your call as quickly as possible. We will respond to your message
by sending you an email or returning your call regarding the claim
or dissatisfaction.
Returned merchandise will be inspected for manufacturing
or workmanship flaws. If a piece is found to be defective, we will
begin the refund, exchange or repair process immediately. Refunds
will not be honored if Lisa Welch Designs, in its sole discretion,
determines that the piece had been damaged, mishandled, alternated,
or worked on by any jeweler without company authorization.
It is important to note that Lisa Welch for Canine
Couture is not responsible for items shipped or poorly packaged.
All returned merchandise must be insured at its fullest value for
protection during the mailing process.
